Any quotes, estimates, or coverage details provided on the Site are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding contract until confirmed in writing by an authorized representative.

3. Trusted Coverage LLC Alerts – SMS Terms

Our SMS program, Trusted Coverage LLC Alerts, provides policy updates, appointment reminders, and limited-time offers related to insurance services. By opting in, you agree to receive automated text messages from Trusted Coverage LLC.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

To rejoin, sign up through our website or text “START” to the shortcode (if applicable), and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us at [email protected].

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We adhere to all applicable mobile compliance standards including CTIA, TCPA, and A2P 10DLC requirements.
